Return Policy
1. Non-Returnable Items
Televisions 24 inches and larger cannot be returned to AllAmericanDirect.com® for a refund or a replacement. Therefore, you are responsible for carefully examining the box your TV arrives in before you sign for the package. If you observe any damage to the shipping box, or if the wrong product was sent, you must refuse delivery while the shipping courier is still on the premises. Please instruct the courier to return the item to the original AllAmericanDirect.com® shipping location. You will receive a full refund of your purchase amount, including applicable shipping costs and tax. You may then simply reorder your item from AllAmericanDirect.com®. If you determine that the condition of the shipping box is satisfactory and that you received the model that you ordered, an adult member of your household is required to sign the shipping courier's release form to complete delivery. By signing this release, you are acknowledging and agreeing to AllAmericanDirect.com®'s Terms and Conditions and you are acknowledging that the item received arrived in good condition and that it is the item that you ordered. You are also acknowledging that you may not return the item to AllAmericanDirect.com®. After this point if the TV exhibits a performance issue, you should contact the manufacturer directly to remedy the problem through the manufacturer’s standard warranty coverage and procedures (see Item 6 – Manufacturers’ Warranties, below).
If you refuse delivery on a correctly fulfilled, undamaged item, you will be responsible for paying any and all delivery charges to both deliver the item to your home and return the item back to the warehouse. Customer will also be responsible for paying any upgraded delivery charges including inside or white glove charges on these refused items.
2. Standard Return Policy
This is our Standard Return Policy.Unless another return policy is indicated for specific item categories or under specific circumstances, products sold by AllAmericanDirect.com® are covered by this Standard Return Policy.
Unopened merchandise may be returned within 10 days of the original invoice date for a refund, minus the original shipping cost and minus a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise found to be defective within 30 days of the original invoice date may be returned for a replacement of the same item. Unless the item received is found to be defective, products whose boxes have been opened by the customer may not be returned to All AmericanDirect.com®. After 30 days from the original invoice date, if the item begins to malfunction, you should contact the manufacturer directly to remedy the problem through the manufacturer’s standard warranty coverage and procedures (see Item 4 – Manufacturers’ Warranties, below).
3. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) / General Required Procedures
All returns to AllAmericanDirect.com® require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To request an RMA number from our Customer Service Department, please email AllAmericanDirect.com® at returns@allamericandirect.com with your original order number in the subject line. You will receive an RMA number back from us by email within 2 business days. Once we have provided an RMA number to you, that number is valid for 14 days from the date we sent it. The RA number must be prominently displayed on the shipping label of all boxes containing returned merchandise You must ship all returns to us freight prepaid and double boxed with the RMA number displayed on the outside of each shipping box along with the number of boxes shipped back under a specific RMA number (i.e., 1 of 4, 2 of 4, etc.). Items returned to AllAmericanDirect.com® without an RMA number will be shipped back to the customer at his or her own expense. You must ensure that any item you return to AllAmericanDirect.com® includes all original packaging, equipment, manuals, cables, and components. If any items are missing, AllAmericanDirect.com® will not be able to process your return and issue you a refund. DO NOT WRITE ON THE BOX. An item returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at AllAmericanDirect.com®'s discretion, unless otherwise required by law. Products with specific refund and return policies and deadlines must be returned within the time periods specified for each item. All items sold through AllAmericanDirect.com® are subject to our terms and conditions. Items which have been physically damaged by the customer cannot be returned. If the product is found to be non-defective you will be charged an inspection fee of at least $25, or 15% per unit.
Removal or alteration of a product's serial number or serial number sticker will automatically void your AllAmericanDirect.com® Return Policy. Products that are returned to AllAmericanDirect.com® with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be and sent back to you.
4. Concealed Damage
If the equipment is damaged but there is no visible problem with the outside of the box. We must be notified of any concealed damage discovered within 7 days of receipt of equipment.
5. Concealed Shortage
This occurs when the manufacturer has packaged product but it does not contain the amount indicated upon opening. Concealed shortage claims must be filed within 2 days of receipt of goods. Claims will be investigated by AllAmericanDirect.com® by comparing shipment weights to anticipated weights of the product and packing materials. AllAmericanDirect.com® has a database that includes weights of each and master cartons for all products. Your claim may be denied if AllamericanDirect.com® cannot verify a concealed shortage existed.
6. Manufacturers’ Warranties
Many of the products available through AllAmericanDirect.com® are covered by Manufacturers' Warranties. To learn about the warranty on a specific item, you should refer to that item’s page on the AllAmericanDirect.com® website. For further information about a brand’s warranty policies, you should contact the manufacturer of your item directly. They will have details on eligibility and specific terms and conditions. A list of our manufacturers and contact information can be obtained below. Products that state "This item can be returned to the product manufacturer only" must be returned directly to the product manufacturer for repair or replacement, unless otherwise required by law. For these items, the warranty policy provided by the product manufacturer explicitly requires that any returns, repairs etc. be responsibility of the consumer (or "end-user") of the item.

7. Open-Box Items
This is our Detailed Open Box Item Return Policy. AllAmericanDirect.com® occasionally sells items that are listed as "open-box." These items will be clearly labeled as such on the product details page. Because these items are sold at greatly reduced prices, they carry a limited 15-day refund-only return policy through AllAmericanDirect.com®. Such items can only be returned within 15 days of the original invoice date. AllAmericanDirect.com® cannot provide replacement service for these items, as stock is typically very limited. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of these items is with the buyer. These items have been tested for functionality, but may have superficial physical defects including (but not limited to) scratches or dents.
8. Mail-in Rebate Policy
Products whose manufacturers offered mail-in rebates on the purchase of these items are not returnable to AllAmericanDirect.com® once the rebates have been submitted. As the buyer, you need to be sure that the product is functioning properly and that you will be keeping the product before sending in for your rebate. Products missing UPCs or serial numbers – including from the shipping box and other materials are NOT returnable. The product manufacturer is the only organization that may be able to replace a defective item that is missing its UPC code.
9. Combo Specials
Combo Specials include two or more items that must be purchased together in order to receive a discount. Combo items may be returned for replacement within their applicable AllAmericanDirect.com® Return Policy period. If one item that was originally purchased as part of a Combo Special is returned for a refund, the Combo Discount will be voided, and the original discount amount will be deducted from the amount of the refund. (For example, if your Combo Discount was $10, and you return one of the combo items for a refund, the $10 will be deducted from your refund amount.)
10. Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items
Sometimes items are returned to AllAmericanDirect.com® after the product has been discontinued. If an item that is sent in for replacement is no longer carried by AllAmericanDirect.com® or if that item is simply out of stock, the return will be sent to our Back-Order Department. In that case, the Back Order Department will provide the customer, via email, with as many as two options: 1) AllAmericanDirect.com® will send a comparable replacement model or 2) the original purchase price will be refunded.
11. Winegard Return Policy

AllAmericanDirect.com® is unable to accept or process Winegard product returns.
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return: Any item in its original condition that either did not fit or was a core return. The item cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. Neither Winegard nor AllAmericanDirect.com® are responsible for installation errors. Product returns that are returned for credit will be subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee. Special-order products are not returnable. No Returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. Original order Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please contact Winegard at 1-866-454-7566 about items you would like to return. Include your name, order number and approximate date of purchase for faster service. You will be emailed detailed instructions to follow.
Please note: it is the purchaser's responsibility to cover the cost of shipping and handling to return the unwanted item. Returns will NOT be accepted without a return authorization (RMA#) number. View the Winegard Return Authorization Policy here.
Please be aware that: Winegard can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from an authorized Winegard dealer such as AllAmericanDirect.com®. Winegard does not receive returns on Saturday or Sunday. Shipping costs may be refunded only if the return is a result of a shipping error or a part defect. Damaged items cannot be returned.
