AllAmericanDirect.com® Return Policy
All new items purchased at AllAmericanDirect.com® may be returned in the original unopened packaging within 30 days of the invoice date for an exchange or FULL refund. Original shipping & handling costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping the product back at their own cost. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days once the product has been returned with the RMA. We will notify you by email when your account has been credited. AllAmericanDirect.com® will pay for return shipping if your purchase is damaged or incorrect, and we will send you a UPS call tag. If you refuse delivery of the product, you must pay for the return shipping of the product. Please do not return any item without contacting our Customer Care Department at support@allamericandirect.com or 1-800-245-5899 option 3 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).

- Downloadable Software
- Opened Video Games
- Gift Cards
- Items purchased from retailers other than AllAmericanDirect.com®.
- Any item not in its original packaging or missing parts and accessories.
- Items purchased more than 30 days from receipt date.
Any items that have been opened, with the exception of televisions 37” or larger, that are in their original packaging, have all accessories & parts, & are in excellent condition will be refunded the original price minus a 20% restocking fee & shipping & handling charges.
An adult age 18 or over must be present to sign a shipping release form for televisions 37” or larger. By signing this release form, you are acknowledging that your television was delivered in satisfactory condition and there is no apparent damage to the goods. Returns will no longer be accepted once this release form has been signed. If you refuse delivery of the television, you must pay for the return of the television. Please contact the manufacturer directly if you experience any problems with your television once the release form has been signed.
Please notify AllAmericanDirect.com® within 7 days of receipt of your purchase if concealed goods have been damaged and it was not apparent from the outside of the box. If you received a damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our Customer Care Department at support@allamericandirect.com or call 1-800-245-5899 option 3 for a RMA number & for a replacement to be shipped. If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, you can do that as well by e-mailing or calling our Customer Care Department.
A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) must be obtained before returning your merchandise. Please contact our Customer Care Department for this number at support@allamericandirect.com or 1-800-245-5899 option 3. Please include this RMA number on the return label. Do not write on the original box or packaging, as we will no longer be able to accept the return. Items must include original packaging as well as any accessories, cables, remotes, manuals, etc.
