Offical Contest Rules
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Log on to http://www.allamericandirect.com/enter-win-monthly-contest and complete the Sweepstakes entry form. Sweepstakes begins July 1, 2009 at 10:00 am EST. Entries must be received no later than 11:59pm on July 31, 2009. Limit one entry per person, per day. Void where prohibited.
2. Eligibility: All American Direct's Giveaway is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (excluding Rhode Island) and are 18 years of age or older. Employees of National Programming Service, LLC, affiliates, family members of any employee, vendors/suppliers, or any person or business in any similar competitive industry are not eligible to win. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. By participating, all entrants agree to abide by these Official Sweepstakes Rules.
3. By entering this Sweepstakes you agree to allow AllAmericanDirect.com to send you email communications, including but not limited to marketing, advertising and notification of the winner. You understand you may opt-out of receiving these email communications at anytime by clicking on the unsubscribe link contained within the email.
4. Entries that are lost, late, incomplete, or incompletely received, including by reason of technical malfunction, congestion or incompatibility, will not be eligible. No telephone entries will be accepted. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void. Normal time, toll, connection and usage rates, if any, charged by your Internet service provider will apply. All entries become the property of the Sponsor. By registering, you agree that your registration and any other information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor in accordance with AllAmericanDirect.com’s Privacy Policy and that you automatically opt-in to receive email or other communications from Sponsor. You may subsequently opt-out of the receipt of such email or communications by following the directions in the email, communications or by contacting Sponsor directly.
5. Grand Prize winner will receive a(n) LG 50" 1080p Plasma HDTV (Retail value $1699).
6. At the conclusion of the Sweepstakes entry period, (1) winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing on or about August 1, 2009 from all eligible entrants by employees or representatives of the Sponsor to receive the Grand Prize. Decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding with respect to all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by e-mail. Winner's complete response must be received by Sponsor within 7 days of the date on the prize notification. Failure to respond will be considered Sweepstakes winner's forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner will be selected. A prize will be awarded. In no event shall the Sponsor be obligated to award more than one prize, as stated in these Official Sweepstakes Rules. No substitutions (including for cash) are permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater monetary value for the prize. Winner may be asked to complete an affidavit and release.
7. No substitution or transfer of the prize will be allowed. Upon delivery of the prize to winner, Sponsor will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to ship prizes directly to the mailing address provided by winners during their entry to the Sweepstakes.
8. By entering, an entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated entities, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents, and representatives from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability (collectively, “Claims”) that may arise from their acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize or their participation in this promotion, or from any misuse or malfunction of any prize awarded, regardless of whether such Claims, or knowledge of the facts constituting such Claims, exist at the time of entry or arise at any time thereafter. Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winner's name and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation, except where prohibited.
9. Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Sweepstakes Rules in any way or at any time. Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond their control corrupt the administration, security or proper function of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Giveaway or the Web site.
10. Winner shall be responsible and liable for all federal, state and local taxes on the value of their prize.
11. Sponsor will not be responsible for lost or stolen prizes.
