Digital Home Advantage 24-monthly commitment


Digital Home Advantage offer requires 24-month commitment and credit qualification. You can check your balance, make payments and find information on DISHNetwork.com. The $25 placed on the credit or debit card used to qualify for your service is a temporary hold, removed by most banks within 3-4 business days. Your quoted price covers all applicable fees including DVR, Local, and additional outlet fees. Your programming will start immediately upon activation. Since you qualified for our DHA-24 promotion, your bill will be reduced by $15 per month for 12 months. For Latino packages, your bill will be reduced by $10 per month for 12 months. To receive these credits, you must maintain a minimum of DISH Latino or America’s Top 120 level programming. After 12 months, your programming will be billed at normal rates. You will also be eligible to receive HBO &Showtime free for 3 months. To receive your HBO & Showtime credits, you must maintain a minimum of Classic Bronze level or equivalent programming. If you do not cancel HBO & Showtime at the end of the 3-month promotional period, you will be billed the normal rate of $22 per month. You will also receive the DISHHOME Protection Plan free for 6 months, which includes free shipping on equipment replacement, and reduces the cost of in-home service from $95 to $15. If you do not cancel the DISHHOME Protection Plan at the end of the 6-month promotional period, you will be billed at the normal rate of $6.00 per month. In order to receive these great savings, you have agreed to a 24-month commitment. If you cancel early, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $17.50 for each month remaining. This fee may be charged to the card used to qualify your service. Your first bill will arrive in about 7 days and will cover the current month of service as well as the next month. Because all equipment is leased to you, BUT owned by DISH, it must be returned to us within 30 days of cancellation or you will be charged an equipment fee ranging from $100 to $400 per receiver. This fee may be charged to the card used to qualify your service. If you don’t pay your bill and your account is disconnected, the equipment fee will be charged immediately. Any equipment fees will be refunded if you return your equipment. Your account has been setup with Credit Card Autopay. DISH Network will automatically charge your credit or debit card on the monthly due date for all charges incurred, including monthly programming fees and any other charges that you might incur such as pay-per-view fees, early cancellation/termination fees, equipment fees, and other similar non-recurring charges. You agree to contact DISH at least 7 days prior to the due date to make any changes to your autopay status. The time windows for installation are 8am to 12pm and 12pm to 5pm. This is the time that the tech can arrive and not the time that the install will be completed. The average install time can take from 2 to 4 hours. If you are a renter, you agree that you have permission from your landlord prior to installation. The one-time processing fee will be charged to your credit or debit card today, and is non-cancelable and non-refundable and this fee is from AllAmericanDirect.com®. Flex Programming-monthly commitment


Flex programming covers all applicable fees including DVR, Local, and additional outlet fees. Your programming will start immediately upon activation. Because this is a pay in advance program, today’s payment includes your $99 Activation Fee, The equipment fee and the first month’s bill. Your payment must be received in advance of the due date on all your future bills otherwise service will be disconnected, and additional fees may be incurred to restart the service. Referral Program


To be eligible in the AllAmericanDirect.com® referral program the referee must be a current DISH Network customer who signed up and activated service through AllAmericanDirect.com. The referral signing a new account through AllAmericanDirect.com must state the referee at the time of ordering to be eligible. The referral’s service must be active of a minimum of 30 days for the referee to be eligible for payment. If service is not met of 30 days then payout is terminated. Please allow 6-8 weeks for payment to arrive after the 30 day activation period.
